Mangrove Snapper Recipe


PANKO & HERB CRUSTED SNAPPER FILET

Prep time:  20 minutes

Servings: 4

Season 4 - 8 oz. portions Fresh Snapper 





INGREDIENTS

1 cup or more Panko Bread Crumbs (Available at Crab E Bill’s Seafood)

1/2 cup or more Parmesan Cheese

Fresh Rosemary-chopped

Fresh Chives-chopped

Fresh Sage-chopped

Champagne Mustard Sauce (Available at Crab E Bill’s Seafood)

4 pats of butter

1 lemon sliced


PREPARATION

Pre-heat oven to 375

Salt & Pepper filets to taste.  

In a bowl, mix enough Panko, parmesan and herbs to coat your filets.  

Adjust the type of herbs and amounts to your liking.  

Brush the Champagne Mustard Sauce over the filets, covering completely.  

Press into Panko breadcrumb mixture, coating completely.  

Top each filet with pats of butter.  

Bake (ON A RACK TO CRISP THE BOTTOM AS WELL) at 375 for 12-18 minutes.  

Adjust baking time to the thickness of your filets, approximately 10 minutes per inch.  

Serve with lemon slices.
